At One&Only Cape Town, guests can take part in a culinary journey through the resort’s variety of Masterclasses. The pastry team, led by Head Pastry Chef Kyle Hickman invites guests to a hands-on experience to learn about the “Cooking Tale of Two Sisters” – both Koeksister and Koe’sister are traditional Capetonian pastries that are made from the similar ingredients, however taste and look distinctly different due to their origins. At AED240 per person, guests will also receive the Chef’s tried and tested personal recipes in a take-home pack, to recreate the dishes from their own homes.
