The Children’s City is preparing to celebrate the Eid Al Adha holidays by organizing a variety of events aimed at attracting families to spend the best of times. The events will be held during the second and third days of Eid from 11 am to 1 pm and from 3pm to 6 pm. The Children’s City is one of the most important destinations for families, especially on occasions and holidays.
The event schedule includes the “Participate with us and Get Your Eidiya” competition. These are questions that will be given to each family with the entry ticket and the answers should be dropped in the lucky draw box. The draw will take place in the “Your Joyful Eid with us” session, which contains a series of games and competitions.
In addition to that there will be the “Young Haji” corner, which is dedicated to photography with a background of the Kaaba and the pilgrims, with the provision of wearing the Ihram and Hijab for visitors to photograph themselves in the corner. Other activities include “Decorate Eid Cake” and the “Eid Candy Envelope” and the “Yukai Watch” show as well as meeting with popular cartoon characters of SpaceToon that are presented in a fun interactive session for children along with a series of competitions and gifts at Al Ajyal Theater.
The activities also include an exciting Golden Parade at the interactive theater and the “Eid Card Design” workshop. When opened, a 3D model of Kaaba with Takbeer sound will pop up from these cards. The “Eid Creations” workshop to make Eid sheep, the workshop, “Eid Money Box” to make money box in the shape of a sheep, and the “Small Lamb” workshop to make masks in the form of Eid lamb are other highlights of the Eid program.
