The Customer and Partners Relations Department of Dubai Municipality, in cooperation with the Investment Department recently organised a customer forum for the tenants of Municipality assets and the textile traders.
The forum was attended by Mohammed Mubarak Al Mutaiwei, Chief Executive Manager of Dubai Municipality for Business Development Sector, Eng. Talib Julfar, Chief Executive Manager for Infrastructure Sector, Ibrahim Dashti, Acting Director of Customer and Partners Relations Department, Adel Al Karani, Director of Customer Care Section, Salem Bin Zayed, Acting Director of Markets Section, and Omr Al Bashar, Director of Investment Section.
“The customer forum was organized as part of opening the doors of dialogue and discussion with the customers on their most important observations and inquiries to achieve improvement in procedures that raise the level of Municipality services,” said Dashti.
He added that all customers’ needs will be studied and that Dubai Municipality is always working to develop its services to the benefit of its customers.
“These forums are one of the channels that Dubai Municipality focuses on for effective communication with its customers. According to the customer satisfaction studies, it has been proved that these forums are the channels the customers preferred to communicate with Dubai Municipality,” said Dashti.
“It should be noted that there is an annual plan aimed at achieving total communication as well as other communication channels such as the Municipality Call Center 800900 and the Suggestion Scheme of the Municipality as well as the Social Media networks,” he said.
