Registrations have begun in KMCC Dubai for families and residents to utilise the official pardon or amnesty issued by the UAE government. Those who do not have necessary records to stay in UAE, can now choose either to return to their country or continue in UAE.

A help desk is specially set up for the occasion to help the participants complete their registration. Once complete they can continue staying in the UAE or return back to their country without incurring any fines.

KMCC has cooperated with the Labour department, Immigration and Indian Consulate to provide the facility.

The facility is made available for those who have, overstayed their visa periods, suffered loss in their businesses, been scammed by their employers, been issued fraudulent visas, lost their passports or violated the labour laws.

KMCC believes this amnesty is different from those issued before, as it caters to middle class families in addition to the low income workers.

KMCC President, P.K. Anwar Naha, General Secretary, Ibrahim Murichandy and Legal Cell Chairman, Adv Sajid Abubaker have requested everyone to make use of this amnesty which begins from August 1st and lasts till October 30th, one that is aimed for the betterment of the country and its reputation.
