Uwe Hermann has joined Audi Middle East as Sales Director for 11 countries, 12 importers and 24 dealer facilities in the GCC and Levant … reports Asian Lite News.
As an automotive professional with extensive international and multicultural experience, Uwe Hermann has worked in the Middle East for more than 16 years. He joins the brand with the Four Rings from sister brand Porsche, where he held the role of Senior Regional Sales Manager. In his new role, he will lead the sales for the Audi brand across 11 countries, 12 importers and 24 dealer facilities in the GCC and Levant.
Uwe Hermann will operate from the AVME regional office in Dubai and is responsible for driving the growth for the Audi brand in the Middle East. Key to this will be to focus on enhancing the customer experience through the long term goals of digitalisation, sustainability and urbanisation throughout the dealer network.
Speaking about his new role, Uwe Hermann, Sales Director of Audi Middle East said: “Audi Middle East has an exciting future ahead with a wealth of innovative new models arriving over the next few years. My role as Sales Director will be to develop the business in close partnership with our dealer network and to focus on enhancing the customer experience.”
In addition to his mother tongue German, he is fluent in English and also speaks Romanian. In his leisure time, German National enjoys listening to and playing music and improving his skills at golf. Uwe Hermann is married with two children.
