Chiranthana Publications released the its 32nd book ‘Hridayaswaram’ written by the leading Journalist Ramesh Payyannur, on 1st Nov 2018, Kerala Formation Day, at the venue in the Sharjah International Book Fair.
The book was released by famous writer K P Sudheera by handing over a copy to Sudhirkumar Shetty, President, UAE Exchange.
Thiruvithacore Royal family member Pooyamthirunal Gauri Parvathibhai Thamburati was the guest of honor and Punnakkan Muhammed Ali, President, Chiranthana Publications presided over the function.
Dinesh Orkatteri a leading writer introduced the book and Vinod Nambiar of UAE Exchange gave the facilitation speech.
Gauri Parvathibhai Thamburati commented that Kerala have a strong background that emphasised the strength of the media, especially radio and there was a time once people depended on radio alone.
After releasing the book KP Sudheera told that the two decades of association in radio journalism field made Ramesh’s life rich with experiences, which reflects in his book that carries the joy and sadness of the life in Gulf.
Sudhirkumar Shetty was optimistic that the book will be well noticed among the readers. Punnakkan Mohammed Ali told that ‘Hridayaswaram’ will stand out among the books published so far by Chiranthana.
The function was enriched by the solicitous speech rendered by Vinod Nambiar which highlighted the influence radio created among Keralites.
Dinesh Orkatteri pointed that this book reminisces about the leading radio journalists who pioneered in the Gulf and inscribes the life of the diaspora in all aspects.
