According to Sadat, northern Malappuram district tops in the number of hi-tech classrooms followed by Calicut and Thrissur district.

“We have completed the deployment of laptops, multi-media projectors, mounting kits, USB Speakers etc to nearly 40,000 classrooms and additionally 16,500 laptops for the computer labs are also being deployed this week,” K. Anvar Sadat said.

The teachers and students are provided with ICT (Information Communication Technology) training using the Samagra Resource Portal. The portal helps in achieving the learning objectives of all subjects in each class and is helpful to both students and teachers.
