Recipe: AVOCADO BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

  1. Ripe Avocado – ½
  2. Baby spinach – handful
  3. Blueberries – 1/4 cup
  4. Frozen Ripe Banana – 1 small
  5. Milk – ¾ cup
  6. Flax Seeds – 1 tsp
  7. Cinnamon Powder – a pinch
  8. Maple Syrup – 2 tsp
  9. Ice Cubes – 4 – 5

Method

  1. Put everything in a blender and blend until creamy. Add milk to your desired consistency.
    1.  Add maple syrup to your sweetness accordingly.
    1. Pour the smoothie in a glass and enjoy.
