Ingredients
- Oats – 1 cup
- Chia Seeds – 1 tbsp
- Cinnamon Powder – ¼ tsp
- Carrot – ¼ cup [grated]
- Milk – 1 cup
- Maple Syrup – 2 tbsp
- Yogurt – ¼ cup
- Walnut – 2 tbsp [chopped]
- Raisins – 1 tbsp
- Salt – a pinch
Method
- In a container, combine oats, chia seeds, cinnamon powder, grated carrot, milk, maple syrup, yogurt, chopped walnuts, raisins and salt.
- Whisk to combine all the ingredients. Close the container and refrigerate it overnight.
- Stir well the next morning before eating. Top it with some greek yogurt, chopped walnuts, raisins and grated carrots.
