H.H. Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, received on Monday the Chair of the European Parliament’s Delegation for relations with the Arabian Peninsula, DARP, Michele Alliot-Marie, and her accompanying delegation in Abu Dhabi.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed means to strengthen relations with the European Parliament across issues of mutual interest.
Members of the DARP delegation attending the meeting included Angela Vallina, Barbara Kappel, along with Ambassador Patrizio Fondi, Head of the EU Delegation to the UAE.
A number of senior officials were also present during the meeting.
