Burj Khalifa to continue laser shows

Don’t be sad if you have missed the laser show during New Year at Burj Khalifa as the officials at Emaar have said that the laser show will continue till March 31st … reports Asian Lite News.

Burj Khalifa’s laser show will continue till March, offering a chance to those who have missed it during the New Year celebrations. The officials at Emaar have said that the laser show will continue till March 31st.

From January 8th to March 31st during Tuesdays and Wednesdays at night 7:15 pm, 8 pm, 9:15 pm there will be the light shows. During Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays evening 6:45 pm, 8 pm, 9:45 pm will also have the show.

The light and sound show will be hosted under the theme, ‘time and progression’ by Emaar. The show highlights the progression of UAE through time, notable achievements like launch of KhalifaSat and its future ambitions, including the Mars Mission.

During the New Year celebartions at Burj Khalifa and Downtown around 1 million people participated. Laser show and fireworks have earned Burj Khalifa two new Guinness World Records.

Millions more have watched the celebrations at Burj Khalifa via the social media platforms. The celebartions also highlighted 2018 as the ‘Year of Zayed’. For the celebrations 9,400 fireworks were arranged using 1,371 kg of gunpowder.
