H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, met here today with Charles Bowman, Lord Mayor of London.

The meeting, which was a part of Sheikh Abdullah’s current state visit to the United Kingdom, UK, discussed bilateral relations between the United Arab Emirates, UAE, and the UK and ways to enhance them all fields, especially in the economic and commercial areas.

Sheikh Abdullah spoke about the UAE’s keenness to strengthen ties of friendship and cooperation with the UK in various domains.

The Lord Mayor of London emphasised the deep-rooted strategic relations between the UAE and the UK and the keenness to develop them while praising its leading regional and international stature and reputation.

The meeting was attended by Sulaiman Hamed Salem Al Mazrouei, UAE Ambassador to the UK.
