Municipality decorates Dubai streets with “Thank you Mohammed Bin Zayed” … reports Asian Lite News.
Dubai Municipality has responded to the “Thank you Mohammed Bin Zayed” initiative launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, a gesture to thank His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces. The Municipality has written “Thank you Mohammed Bin Zayed” message in five public areas on the streets and intersections at different parts of Dubai.
Eng. Mohammed Abdul Rahman Al Awadhi, Director of Public Parks and Horticulture Department, said that the Director General of the Municipality has given instructions to write “Thank you Mohammed Bin Zayed” message using ornamental agricultural designs on important streets and squares in the Emirate.
“A team of engineers from the department has been assigned to select the most important roundabouts and intersections in Dubai and adorn it with the message, “Thank you Mohammed Bin Zayed” in response to the initiative launched by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, on the occasion of his Accession Day this year,” he said.
“The “Thank you Mohammed Bin Zayed” message was written using Dubai font on the green patches at the intersection of Nadd Al Hamr, Al Garhoud Interchange, Airport Road, the fifth Interchange on Sheikh Zayed Road and the street opposite to Zabeel Park,” said Al Awadhi.
