The Spanish hospitality holding giant, Barceló Hotel Group, has announced the official opening of Hotel Barceló Istanbul. The five-star deluxe hotel is located at Taksim square, surrounded by one of the most stylish districts in Turkey and close to the key places of interest in the city.
Having undergone a full renovation under the Barceló vision and name, the stylish design offers 270 spacious rooms and suites that are carefully designed to offer maximum relaxation, in a unique and memorable atmosphere. All of the Junior Suites and a selection of the deluxe rooms include a private Hammam, further acquainting guests with the traditions of the city.
The new look of the property also features a variety of restaurants and bars as well as business and wellbeing facilities. The fitness and wellness center spans over 1500 sqm and is located on the 11th & 12th floor and rooftop with incredible views of the city. The hotel also offers eight multifunctional rooms with a capacity of up to 600 people and all of the equipment expected from MICE facilities.
There are a total of four F&B venues within the property, of which the B-Heaven Sky Bistro Bar located on the hotel rooftop steals the show with unparalleled views of the city. The Executive Lounge is situated on the 11th floor and also offers panoramic views. The Chadir Restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner for guests of the hotel and the B-Lounge Lobby Bar is also open for most of the day. From 7 am to 1 am, guests can indulge in snacks, hot drinks and beverages, ahead of a full day of exploring the city beyond.
The Hotel is located in close proximity to some of the city’s key landmarks, such as; Topkapi Palace, The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, the Grand Bazaar and the Spice Souk, to name a few.
