Azerbaijan, Armenia Agree on Ceasefire

Russia announced that Azerbaijan and Armenia agreed today to a ceasefire in the Nagorno-Karabakh region, starting at noon the same day, after long negotiations that took place in Moscow between the foreign ministers of the two countries, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said in a statement that the ceasefire will take place at 12:00 p.m. (09:00 GMT), on October 10, 2020, for humanitarian purposes.
