LuLu opens 8th hypermarket in Al Ain

As part of its expansion plan, Lulu Group has opened its latest hypermarket in the garden city of Al Ain. The Hypermarket which is 8th in Al Ain and 146th of the group was officially inaugurated by Abdulla Mohammed Saeed Al Subuousi in the presence of Nassar Al Mamri, General Manager, Al Ain Awqaf, Hamad Rashid Al Dhahiri, Col. Saif Al Dhahiri, Major Rashid Al Kaabi.

Yusuffali Musliam, Chairman of Lulu Group Saifee Rupawala, CEO Ashraf Ali Musliam, Executive Director, Salim VI, COO, Shaji Jamaludheen, Regional Director and other top officials were also present on the occasion.

Located in Al Ain’s Zakher area, the 50,000 sq. feet hypermarket is offering the entire line of groceries, home appliances, electronics, IT products, stationery, sports and services ancillary to the business of hypermarket. Moreover, this expansive retail facility’s key focus will primarily be on fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, and seafood, all offered under one roof.

“Lulu Hypermarket will certainly enhance the shopping experience with unparalleled quality in terms of products and services. With Lulu’s range of attractive products and competitive prices, the new hypermarket is expected to drive a large segment of Al Ain population including citizens and residents from Zakher area and its neighbourhood,” said Yusuffali Musliam after the inauguration.

“It has been our policy to bring world-class shopping experience closer to the people in the outskirts rather than making them drive long distance to bigger cities. Our presence in Zakher demonstrates our commitment to have a presence in sub urban areas across the UAE. Due to its distinguished location within Al Ain, both citizens and residents of Zakher will have an added advantage of unique shopping experience,” he added.
