Local media reports in Thailand have claimed that all the 12 boys along with their coach who were trapped in the Tham Luang cave in Thailand have been rescued.
The children were given anti anxiety drugs to calm their nerves. The boys, aged 11 to 16, and their 25-year-old coach, were huddled together in a small chamber 4 km inside the cave.
The boys went missing on June 23 after they had entered the cave complex during fine weather but became trapped when a sudden downpour flooded the narrow tunnels.
Several volunteers from the nearby villages joined in the rescue operation. Moreover, there were professional divers from Australia who joined in the efforts.
As the news reached international community numerous international military advisers also came to the rescue.
FIFA has already offered the boys free ticket to watch the World Cup Final in Russia.
