Dubai based entrepreneur, Harmeek Singh, Chairman and Founder of Plan b LLC, one of the UAE’s topmost events and marketing companies, was honoured with the Industry Icon Award at the Middle East Special Event and Exhibition 2018(MESE): Awards held at Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai last night. Harmeek Singh was conferred with this award in recognition of his outstanding achievements and significant contribution to the growth of the events industry.
Upon receiving the award, Harmeek Singh said, ‘‘Any appreciation is a recognition of being on the right path and this achievement encourages us as a team to work in unison towards our goal. Returning to the Madinat Jumeirah, the MESE Awards event is a chance to show the events and exhibitions industry our accomplishments over the past year.’’
An inspiring entrepreneur who has won several awards and accolades for his achievements in business, Harmeek Singh pledges to continually raise the bar by creating unforgettable moments through experiential services, leveraging entertainment, technology, bespoke design and media solutions.
Plan b submitted nominations for eight categories this year and it was shortlisted in five. The categories were – Best Event on a Budget, Best Use of Technology- Product, Best Temp Venue or Structure & Stand Design & Supplier of the Year.
“To be recognised for our work both in the GCC region and internationally by the MESE Awards is a huge honour for the whole team at Plan b and the fact that this year we have been shortlisted in 5 categories is an achievement in itself.
