Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan and Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman spoke on the phone for a third time over the Kashmir issue, a media report said on Tuesday.

During the call on Monday night, Khan apprised the Crown Prince on the present situation in Kashmir, The News International said in the report.

The first call between the two leaders took place on August 7 when they “discussed the development of the situation in the region and efforts exerted towards it”, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).

The second call was on August 19 during which Khan and the Crown Prince had discussed a host of issues including the ongoing Kashmir crisis.

Khan had also briefed the Saudi royal about the situation in “Indian occupied Kashmir”, said Pakistani media reports.
