President Ram Nath Kovind will embark on an 11-day visit to Iceland, Switzerland and Slovenia from Monday, the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) said on Friday.

Secretary (West) Gitesh Sharma said that the President will be visiting the three countries to bring high business elements to the fore, according to standard practice.

He will be accompanied by First Lady Savita Kovind and a high-level delegation consisting of Minister of State for Women and Child Development Debasree Chaudhuri, Lok Sabha MPs Ramapati Ram Tripathi and Basanta Kumar Panda, Sharma said.
